Open Positions

  • Seeking an experienced appraiser and team leader in the Mid-Atlantic. Candidates should be certified general appraisers with 6+ years of experience. Expertise in litigation, tax assessment challenge, affordable housing, or energy/mining a plus. The Manager will participate in business development and supervise staff including Appraiser Trainees. As such, the candidate should be qualified as a Supervisory Appraiser in at least one state. Advanced designation or candidacy for designations such as the MAI, MRICS, CCIM, or ASA is preferred.
