President’s Message

Dear Chapter Members, Colleagues and Friends:

Looking back on my time as President of the Long Island Chapter in 2024, I see how our profession continues to flourish despite the challenges we face. Our ability to adapt and think logically as appraisers ensures that these obstacles are only temporary. Throughout the year, I had the privilege of attending several national Appraisal Institute meetings, where I connected with many professionals and like-minded individuals, all of whom share a common goal to advance and benefit our organization and profession.

I’m truly grateful to my fellow Board members for their creativity, decisive thinking, and forward-looking approach. I also want to thank our sponsors, whose support and belief in the Chapter were instrumental in helping us achieve our goals in 2024, and enabled us to offer a full range of educational opportunities throughout the year, despite the challenges. Most of all, I’m thankful to you, our Members, for placing your trust in the Chapter for your educational needs and for staying engaged and active. Your participation in our courses and social events benefits us all, and I look forward to seeing you in 2025!
